3E Announces New President/COO and V.P. of Industrial Sales

Electrical Engineering & Equipment Co. (3E), (Windsor Heights, Iowa):  Company veteran Steve Van Brocklin is now president and COO.  Van Brocklin, who has been with for 21 years, was previously senior V.P. of sales & marketing, a position he has held since 2006. He joined 3E in 1994 to help start and manage their first branch location in Waterloo, Iowa. Van Brocklin’s other positions over his career at 3E have been V.P. of branch operations and V.P. of sales.

In other news at 3E, 21-year company veteran Mike Ahlrichs has been promoted to V.P., industrial sales and will continue to oversee and coordinate the growth strategy and direction of the industrial, OEM, data-comm (ITS), and automation departments.

The 95-year-old 3E is a full-line electrical distributor with additional expertise in electrical apparatus repair, custom fabrication and generator sales and service.
