CX Connexion/Graybar, Chicago, IL, announced two key promotions: Kyle Hanson to president and Kathy Raby to COO, effective Jan. 1, 2026. These appointments are the result of a structured succession plan that has been in development for the past year. As longstanding members of the CX leadership team, both Hanson and Raby have a deep understanding of the company’s business, culture and customers.
Hanson, who currently serves as executive VP of Sales, has more than 30 years of electrical industry experience. Raby has been the company’s CFO since 2021 and has a strong background across several industries. “Kyle and Kathy are highly capable leaders who have earned the trust and respect of our associates and customers,” said David Rosenstein, CEO of CX, in the press release. “Their promotions reflect not only their individual talents, but also our commitment to developing leaders from within and ensuring long[1]term continuity for the organization.”
In their new roles, Hanson and Raby will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the business, leading CX into its next chapter of growth and innovation. The company’s co-founders, Rosenstein and COO Steve Abrams, will transition to advisory roles to support the company and its leadership during this transition. “This is an exciting and important moment for CX,” said Rosenstein in the release. “We are confident that under Kyle and Kathy’s leadership, the company will continue to deliver the quality, service and performance our customers have come to expect.”
