C&O Sales, Lenexa, KS, announced the acquisition of Meglio Lighting St. Louis, on its LinkedIn feed. The acquisition will be effective Oct. 1 but does not include Meglio & Associates’ Construction and Industrial business, which will continue serving its customers in Illinois, Missouri and Kansas.

According to the post, “The lighting business, which serves eastern Missouri and central and southern Illinois, will transition to the C&O Sales name. All existing sales representatives will remain in place, allowing customers to continue working with the same people they know and trust.

“This acquisition brings together two experienced teams with complementary strengths and a shared commitment to strong relationships, personal service and customer support. Together, we will build on the relationships established by Meglio Lighting St. Louis while combining the experience and resources of both organizations to strengthen our lighting business for the future.

“Customer continuity remains a priority throughout the transition. Our teams are working closely together to ensure a seamless transition for existing quotes, orders, communications and ongoing projects.
