Republic Companies, Grimes, IA, an electrical and mechanical distributor in the Midwest with over a century of experience, recently hosted a successful grand opening of its 22,500-sq-ft distribution center and training facility in Grimes. The event attracted nearly 100 electrical contractors and mechanical and from the surrounding area. This grand opening marks the fifth Electrical and HVAC Distribution Center for Republic, adding to their locations in Cedar Rapids, Dubuque, Peoria and Davenport.
Todd Wade, president of Republic’s Mechanical Division, said in the press release that, "Training has never been more critical for the company’s contractor partners than it is today and will be in the foreseeable future.”
