Irby, a Sonepar company based in Jackson, MS, , announced the extension of its long-term partnership with CoServ, continuing to provide the utility with integrated supply chain services.
Irby will remain CoServ's dedicated, on-site supply partner for electric and gas materials. The agreement builds on a successful collaboration that helped CoServ maintain an average of 99.99% uninterrupted service to its more than 268,000 electric members in 2024 and weather the many challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Their ability to consistently deliver critical materials – especially during unprecedented challenges like the pandemic – is vital to our steady operations, and we look forward to years of continued partnership."

CoServ is an electric cooperative and gas distribution company serving seven counties in north Texas with a combined 490,000 electric and gas meters. According to a Sonepar press release, over the past 88 years, CoServ has transformed into one of the fastest-growing co-ops in the country and continues to empower the communities they serve.
