Electri-Flex acquires Zero Ground

Electri-Flex Company, Roselle, Ill., has acquired Zero Ground, a Waukegan, Ill.-based supplier of flexible shielding conduits. “We now have the opportunity to not only pursue our customer prospects, but to benefit from the past working activities of Zero Ground,” said Ed Marinelli, Electri-Flex president. “Various trademarks have become the sole possession of Electri-Flex Co.”
