Winsupply Inc., Dayton, OH, completed its acquisition of Romar Supply, a pipe, valves and fittings (PVF) and steel fabrications distributor with locations in Irving, (Dallas) and San Antonio, TX. Founded in 1983, Romar Supply is a distributor of mechanical and industrial PVF and steel fabrications. It has almost 100 employees and a fabrication shop in its Irving, location. Greg Holbrock, Winsupply’s VP of due diligence and financial integration, said in the press release that the acquisition allows the company to expand in Texas and complements the fabrication services Winsupply local companies offers to customers.”
The locations will continue doing business as Romar Supply & Fabrication.
