Ritof joins Ideal Precision Tools Business Unit as application engineer

Ideal Industries (Sycamore, Il.): Ian Rittof will be joining the company’s Precision Tool business unit as applications engineer.  Previously product engineer for both the Precision Tools unit and Ideal subsidiary Pratt-Read, Rittof will report to Jim Falotico, business unit manager-Precision Tool. In his new position, Rittof will provide technical sales support to customers for existing Ideal products, as well as lead the development of product improvements/new product solutions to meet emerging customer needs. In addition, he will help identify new market opportunities to drive the business growth strategy. Prior to joining Ideal, Rittof worked in the Emergency Power Engineering Group at Hamilton Sundstrand Electric Systems (now UTC Aerospace Systems).
