Appleton Group Announces Management Promotions

Appleton Group (Rosemont, Ill.):  Mike McCormack (left) has been promoted to director of business development and Zach Gustafson has been named sales strategy manager. Both will report to Dan Douglass, V.P. of business development.

McCormack will be responsible for Appleton Group's strategic planning and global growth programs including strategic portfolio reviews, growth and enabling processes, and the prioritization of key growth initiatives. Since joining He has an MBA from The Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.

Gustafson (left) will expand his current responsibilities for customer development and CRM to the broader sales strategies of the organization including project pursuit, pipeline management and sales administration. He joined Appleton Group in 2011 as part of 

the customer service organization and has an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and is currently pursuing an MBA at The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
