Viking Electric Names Dobitz VP of Sales

Viking Electric/Sonepar (Minneapolis, MN): The company has promoted Dean Dobitz to the position of VP - Sales. He brings 27 years of industry experience to the Viking Electric leadership team, including seven years as the company’s Twin Cities Industrial Sales Manager. Most recently, he served as VP-Industrial Sales, where he led the company’s industrial sales organization, which experienced significant sales growth under his leadership. In his new role, Dobitz will have responsibility for the entire sales organization as the company restructures the Viking Electric sales team.

“Dean has had a long career in the electrical distribution industry, with increasing leadership responsibilities and a customer-centric mindset,” Viking Electric President Stacy Stanslaski said in the press release. “He has established strong credibility in the industrial market and will use that experience to lead sales growth across Viking Electric’s industrial and contractor markets in Minnesota and Wisconsin.”
