Denise Butler was promoted to director of Customer Operations. She has been with Electri-Flex for 12 years and most recently served as Distribution Manager.

In her new role, Butler will lead Electri-Flex's customer operations strategy, overseeing customer service, transportation, distribution center operations and initiatives focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Throughout her tenure with Electri-Flex, Butler has led numerous operational improvements and played a key role in enhancing customer service and distribution performance. The press release said she successfully directed the transition of the company's distribution center operations while maintaining uninterrupted service to customers and supporting significant growth in order volume and freight activity.

The release said Butler has also been an active member of the company's leadership team, contributing to strategic initiatives and process improvement efforts across the organization, and that leadership during multiple supply chain challenges helped ensure continuity of service and operational excellence for Electri-Flex customers and distribution partners.

She has more than 30 years of total experience in the electrical and electronics industries.
