Duffie of Siemens Joins ETIM North America Board of Directors

One of the over 20 regional non-profit ETIM organizations worldwide, ETIM North America is charged with supporting the implementation and adoption of the ETIM Technical Information Model in the North American wholesale electrical industry, and associated verticals (HVAC/Plumbing and Building Materials).

Jon Duffie, director of Channel Management at Siemens, joined the standard organization’s board of directors.

With more than three decades of experience in the electrical industry, he brings deep expertise in data standards, digital transformation, and industry collaboration. In his current role at Siemens, he leads a channel management team with strategic initiatives focused on standardization and the adoption of digital tools that improve efficiency and interoperability across the supply chain.

"Jon's leadership and insight into the evolving needs of manufacturers and distributors make him an invaluable addition to our board," said Mary Shaw, executive director of ETIM North America. "His commitment to innovation and industry standards aligns perfectly with our mission to drive the consistent exchange of high-quality product data with the ETIM model."
