IDEA has added two partners, one for each side of how distributors and manufacturers trade information: Salsify for product data in IDEA Connector and Corsica Technologies for EDI in IDEA Exchange.

Product data. Manufacturers using Salsify can now publish product data into IDEA Connector through two pre-built channels, replacing the reformatted exports and custom builds it used to take. Distributors get more accurate, more complete product information.

EDI without the in-house team. IDEA Exchange customers can now add managed services from Corsica Technologies for implementation, integration, platform administration, and ongoing support. EDI adoption no longer depends on having integration specialists on staff.
