Rexel Bolsters VDV Business with Talley’s Acquisition of Connectronics

Talley LLC,/Rexel USA, Santa Fe Springs, CA, a provider of wireless communications infrastructure and mobile products, acquired Connectronics, a distributor with more than 40 years of experience in wireless networking and connectivity solutions.

This strategic acquisition reinforces Talley’s position in the wireless industry and significantly expands its technical capabilities to support system integrators and carriers with the implementation of advanced wireless networks. Owned by Bald Cypress Advisors,  the 43-year-old Connectronics, Hiawatha, IA, provides technical expertise and service across the commercial, service provider, mining, hospitality and enterprise sectors.

Connectronics will continue operating from its current, centrally located facility. It’s a value-added stocking distributor of wireless and connectivity products, specializing in building strong relationships with VARs, ISPs and system integrators. It helps these customers design and develop wireless backhaul PtP, PtMP, mesh and client access solutions. The company accomplishes this by providing product staging, delivery and manufacturer-certified technical support.
