Border States Electric (BSE) (Fargo, N.D.): The company has promoted Marti Jensen to human resources employee relations/recruiting manager. Jensen joined BSE in 2008 and was the human resources employee relations supervisor prior to this promotion. She will oversee employee relations, pre-employment and recruiting.
