AD Reports Record Sales & Strong Growth Through First Half of 2025

AD, Wayne, PA, the largest contractor and industrial products wholesale purchasing cooperative in North America, reports that member sales in the first six months of 2025 increased +25% to a record $50.7 billion across the group’s 13 divisions and three countries. Member purchases from AD suppliers grew +28% to $12.9 billion.

AD welcomed over 590 new members in the first half of the year, including 558 through the IMARK Electrical merger and 36 from other groups. Existing AD members acquired 39 companies, including 20 fellow AD members and 19 from outside the group.

AD CEO Bill Weisberg said in the press release, “One of the most remarkable characteristics of independents is how well they navigate turbulent times. I think it’s especially valuable, in times like these, for suppliers to have a strong focus on independents.”
