Brad Kvalheim has been named northwest region manager for Border States Electric (BSE), based in Fargo, N.D. Kvalheim joined BSE in 1989 as an electronic service technician. In 1992, he became utility customer service representative and in 1995, Kvalheim became an account manager. In this role he was integral in coordinating five utility alliance agreements with multi-year commitments. He served as the branch manager in Sioux Falls. And most recently was the northwest region utility sales manager for BSE.
